Term and Conditions 

1. Only valid Cool Pay (Indochina Bank QR Payment System) via IB Cool Wallet retail transactions qualify for reward points and will accrue reward points.

2. Any transfer transaction will not accrue any reward point and the points will be reversed.

3. Transaction amounts less than LAK10,000 will not accrue any reward points.

4. Reward points redemption will not be allowed for cash. 

5. Minimum reward points required for redemption will be 500 points.

6. The reward points will be updated once a week (every Friday).

7. The duration of this offer is determined by the bank. 

8. Customers are entitled to accumulate their reward points for a higher gift with greater value.

9. Gift/reward cannot be redeemed in cash and/or cannot be returned. 

10. Gift can be exchanged to lower value gift prior to redemption (with appropriate no. of unit according to the points). 

11. Indochina Bank reserves the right to substitute the gift under this offer with another item of similar value at any time without prior notice. 

12. All gifts are under the supplier’s warrantee. 

13. Reward points can be accumulated for a higher gift with greater value (should be within the offer period). 

14. By taking advantage of this offer you accept and agree to the above terms and conditions. 

15. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or marketing material relating to this Offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

16. Maximum point via Cool Pay for each merchant is 1,000point/month
